Custom Pieces
When ordering a custom piece of jewerly from Searcey Designs LLC, it is very important for us to inform you of the following guidelines and bits of information regarding the custom process.

1. Each letter is hand-stamped by Mindy Searcey and no one else.

2. The letters and numbers are not done by a computer or any type of machine. One hard hit of a hammer pounds the letter/number shape into metal, be it silver or gold.

3. One mistake on one letter means the piece is ruined and the process must start again from scratch. (imagine making an error on the 40th stamped letter after being so close to finishing the piece.)

4. PLEASE be patient with your custom order. Mindy is the only person making these pieces for hundreds of clients including stores, galleries and boutiques across the United States and in Canada.

5. Once an order has been placed and a piece made it cannot be erased or changed. Stamping into metal is permanent.
